Proposer: The Honey Jar Corp.
Track: Tardfi Track
This proposal introduces a set of policies and practices to guide initial ApiologyDAO operations and evolve these guidelines over time.
This proposal includes:
Adopting a Governance Framework which sets standards for introducing and voting on ApiologyDAO Governance Proposals (apGPs) to ratify DAO decisions;
Defining the role of The Beekeepers, a team nominated to carry out day-to-day operations at the direction of DAO governance, and nominating The Honey Jar Corp. to serve this role initially;
Setting configurable parameters in apDAO’s seat NFT, seat auction house, and liquid backing smart contracts;
Treasury management guidelines for securing, investing, and growing DAO assets over time.
To transition from design to action, we must approve a clear framework for decentralized decision-making, appoint responsible contributors to manage the hive’s core operations, and define configuration parameters that allow treasury and auction mechanisms to begin functioning.
Adopt the apDAO Governance Framework.
All apDAO seat holders have voting rights in apDAO, 1 vote per seat. apGOs are the way for DAO members to propose changes to the DAO and its operations. There are 4 governance tracks, each with different approval parameters, meant to balance flexibility with certainty in changing various aspects of the project.
Adopt the apDAO Proposal Submission Policy.
Simple proposal format and guidelines to ensure orderly decision making.
