Die Zeiten, in denen die Glasgower Band Chvrches noch vor überschaubarem Publikum in kleinen Clubs spielte, gehören demnächst der Vergangenheit an. Heute veröffentlichte das Trio das neue Video zu „Gun“, der kommenden Single, die am 15. Juli im Vereinigten Königreich veröffentlicht werden wird. Da die Insel nicht sonderlich weit von uns entfernt ist, kann wohl auch von einer zeitnahen Veröffentlichung bei uns ausgegangen werden.

The days when Glasgow’s CHVRCHES played to modest crowds in tiny clubs are about to become a thing of the past. And honestly? That feels a little bittersweet—but mostly just really exciting.
Today, the trio released the brand-new video for “Gun,” their upcoming single set to drop in the UK on July 15. And since the UK isn’t exactly a million miles away, it’s safe to assume a release on our side of the pond won’t be far behind either.
Oh, and before we forget: there are new tour dates, too—including stops in Germany (yay!). Even more thrilling? CHVRCHES will be opening for none other than Depeche Mode. Looks like the next big thing is headed our way.
