We're thrilled to announce the launch of wallet-based newsletter delivery on Paragraph!
Starting today, you can send newsletters to your subscriber's wallet addresses via XMTP. This lets you reach your audience whether they're on web2 (directly to their email) or on web3 (directly to their wallet).
XMTP is secure, interoperable, and is aligned with Paragraph's goal of empowering creators to own not only their content, but also their communication & distribution channels. And, with the recent Coinbase Wallet XMTP integration, millions of users are securely accessible by their wallet address without needing to download another app.
Readers can connect their wallets to their Paragraph accounts to begin receiving newsletters via XMTP. As a creator, you can also allow your readers to subscribe to your publication via email, wallet, or both.
Wallet-based newsletter delivery can be used alongside our existing features for token-gating posts or segmenting your audience, meaning you can send gated content directly to NFT holders or deliver relevant newsletters to segmented subscribers.

This great
That's great news!
This is huge! Thank you so much! 💜
Minor @paragraph improvement shipped: When subscribing to a newsletter, readers are now prompted to optionally connect their wallet. This makes it easier for readers to take advantage of the wallet-based benefits Paragraph offers, and for creators to build a subscriber list with both emails & wallets.
Do you plan to offer any default service for creators to connect with subscribers via their wallets? (e.g. XMTP)?
We already integrate with XMTP: https://paragraph.xyz/@blog/wallet-newsletters Did you mean that, or did you mean something else like direct messages on-demand?
Yea, I was thinking along the lines of sending out messages not related to the act of publishing a post. I guess the best way for now is to make a short post, publish it and send via XMTP?
Dope! 👏🔥
Great question! Yesterday @paragraph launched walled-based newsletter delivery via @xmtp. Right now you can use coinbase.com/wallet and getconverse.app to recieve newsletters via XMTP. https://paragraph.xyz/@blog/wallet-newsletters
Excited to announce wallet-based newsletter delivery on @paragraph! Send newsletters directly to subscriber's wallets, powered by @xmtp. Reach your audience no matter if they're on web2 or web3, while owning your communication & distribution. Read more: https://paragraph.xyz/@blog/wallet-newsletters

LOVE. This is so awesome to see. Sending newsletters to 0x and .eth, as the forefathers intended.
Really cool to see!
This is awesome! Love to see this come to fruition 👏 https://warpcast.com/ghostlinkz/0xfd54b9
This is really cool. Quick question. For sending notifications to a wallet, is it only compatible with Coinbase wallet? Otherwise they have to download another app to receive notifications? But if they don’t have Coinbase wallet, it can still go to their email if they have one in their profile?
The notifications will reach you on any/every xmtp enabled app you use
I’m assuming most of my target audience won’t have any xtmp enabled app. Coinbase wallet is the most likely, but still not majority. So I’m trying to see how to reach people who connect their wallet instead of email. Also exploring WebPush from WebKit for web app notifications
