Hello world! We are Constellation Labs. We enable Web3 applications to launch their own dedicated, performant, customizable layer-two blockchains.
Blockchain applications are eating the world: what w as once a niche technology built purely as the transaction layer of "digital gold" is now home to a plethora of applications: payment rails, digital-native financial products, NFTs, social protocols, games, and more. It is truly impressive how far the space has come in a few short years.
However, there is still much to build. And the most dynamic on-chain applications require orders of magnitude more scale than is currently available.
From an application developer’s perspective, the blockchain is an extremely slow computer. And the most popular blockchains — Ethereum, for example — have thousands of applications competing for scarce computing resources.
This not only leads to high fees for the end user, but effectively “prices out” all but the most financially lucrative transactions. This especially hurts the blockchain entertainment ecosystem: there’s a reason why we don’t see many fully on-chain games, decentralized social protocols, and other novel blockchain applications: blockchains as they are today introduce too much UX friction.
At Constellation, we’re going to enable the most innovative, most fun, most exciting blockchain applications. We’re going to help blockchain developers rethink what is and isn’t possible in dapp development.
We’re building the multiverse for the next generation of blockchain applications. We provide developers the ability to launch sovereign, customizable, and scalable blockchain rollups on which to execute their application logic — all in one-click, without needing to write a single line of code.
Application-specific rollups allow projects better control and customizability over their ecosystem, de-risks them from volatile transaction fee costs, and offers a low-latency, high-throughput experiences. This has the dual-effect of making existing blockchain apps faster and cheaper to use and unlocking a massive new design space for on-chain execution and data.

We already launched a testnet trial with Curio, a fully on-chain strategy game, to great results: over 110,000 transactions from 3.7k unique wallet addresses.
