This is something the core team is incredibly proud and excited about, allowing our Top 100 Discord communities to determine how they want to use or distribute 15% of the total $COLLAB supply.

Our top 100 communities were chosen based on the following three factors:
Number of verified wallets connected to a given community
Number of days a given community has been using the Collab.Land bot
Meets the minimum activity threshold determined by the core team
We encourage all project owners that have been allocated COLLAB tokens to begin discussions with the core team via the Collab.Land Discord.
This resource lays out examples of proposals that can be submitted by different community project owners, as well as acting as a collaboration space for communities to work alongside Collab.Land and Fire Eyes in order to develop and submit proposals.
We want project owners to propose unique and creative mechanisms for how they might utilize $COLLAB tokens for the benefit of their community. Below are four key sections. Firstly a set of community specific proposals, where we want to give communities (and teams reading this!) scope of what fun/creative proposals can look like. Secondly, a set of generic proposals a community can use. And thirdly, an example proposal (Axie as an example) to illustrate how communities can outline their proposal. Then finally, you will see the format for the proposals themselves.
Proposal to claim tokens and custody them in a community treasury.
Aiming to participate in the Collab.Land governance process!
Proposal to claim tokens and distribute them pro-rata to community members based on certain criteria.

The following must be included:

Number of COLLAB tokens requested:

How will the tokens be distributed?
a. Mechanism for distribution

c. Member group being targeted

How many members is this distribution projected to incentivize?
How will this distribution incentivize usage and adoption of Collab.Land?
What is the benefit of this distribution to the wider ecosystem?
Will your project provide any co-incentives?
Where will tokens be held once distributed by Collab.Land DAO? (Multisig, onchain DAO, etc.)
Below we lay out some examples of proposals tailored to a specific type of community. These are samples only and not meant to be prescriptive.
Projects like Zapper:
Zapper runs an incentive program where a Zapper member may receive tokens if they connect their wallet via Collab.Land, and execute a certain task or action within the Zapper ecosystem. For example, voting on a proposal in the Collab.Land DAO via the Zapper interface, or supplying liquidity to a pool via Zapper.
Projects like Angle Protocol:
Angle runs a typical liquidity mining incentive program where users are rewarded for providing liquidity to $COLLAB/XXX pairs.
NFT Communities:
Community leaders put up $COLLAB bounties on art/design contests.
Bounties placed on building apps leveraging the Collab.Land tech stack to improve the usability of community tools such as Discord, Telegram, etc.
