2/ Change mechanism to calculate DACKIE Staking Points!

Previously we based on iDACKIE to calculate your divided airdrop %. But from now, there are an update from Capminal to hefiglp accumulating $DACKIE Staking Points day by day, stakers MUST link external wallet (the wallet you used to lock DACKIE) to Capminal account and start to accumulate from now.
So the points used to calculate your divided airdrop % will be the accumulated points over the days, not on the last day you buy 1 bag of DACKIE and stake to receive 1 point, that ensures fairness for those who stake DACKIE throughout.
Just only ≥Tier 3 scored, <Tier 3 will be ignored.
