Words once released cannot be gathered back; they fly faster than arrows and cut deeper than swords. Don't be in a hurry to reply, learn to speak from a place of peace, not from the ashes of rage. For words spoken with a calm heart have the power to mend, but words spoken with a broken one can destroy everything you hold dear. Restrain today, so you won’t regret tomorrow. Silence is golden they say and most times it is better to walk away from a provocative situation than staying to prove a point.
