Bold opening statement: I’m prepared to die.
Disclaimer: I’ll accomplish more in life by staying alive.
Policy on dying: it was worth it.
Policy on jail: it was worth it.

“intended to cause King Charles to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used against him”
Intended to cause to believe.
Pretty cool word soup.

They took my laptop, they took my phone, so I thought handwritten notes are OK.
I intentionally pixelated it only once, pretty sure future AI will be able to reverse engineer.
(I also have un-pixelated copy on my device)

No. Handwritten notes are also not OK. Some of the jurors could see it and obtain the information they are not meant to have. Trust me, there were procedural nuances.

UK's main export product is language, culture, legal, finance… There are so many obscure rules, and procedures.

"true to the best of my knowledge and belief"
"honest belief in its truth"
"truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth"

I could argue that each of these statements brings a different flavor of truth.
If you honestly believe it is true…
Autosuggestions. Delusions. Genuine beliefs. Genuine 🤡
There is a massive difference though:
Witness box. Real-time. Interactivity. Can go deeper.
Written statement. Frozen in time. Impossible to provide “all the truth” upfront, impossible to know which detail is important. That’s why Section 9.

With that said, something that would be a massive game-changer - require lawyers to fact-check the claims of their clients. That would be pretty remarkable.
One of the top Google searches for “duty not to mislead”:

Barristers have their tribunal, Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal, Judicial Conduct Investigations Office… I’m wondering if anyone ever landed there for breaking these rules.

I really thought I had super strong, bulletproof, impeccable evidence.

No one looked at my evidence, facts, data, or science.
Concerns, allegations, opinions.
That’s why going to court was one of the most traumatic experiences of my entire life.
That’s why I do what I do - hoping to receive criminal treatment - plausible culpability - not to be mistaken with plausible deniability - something that will achieve a criminal treatment - something that can initiate proceedings - obtaining pieces of paper from one case to win another:

I still want to talk about it.

Just like talking about Hitler:

Previously I was trying to understand and explain the nuance:
statement of witness
statement of truth
statement under oath
Totally forgot about the position statements:
https://childlawadvice.org.uk/information-pages/writing-a-position-statement/
Child Law Advice - example
https://rightsofwomen.org.uk/get-information/family-law/position-statement/
Rights of Women - example

https://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/procedure-rules/family/practice_directions/pd_part_17a
Witness statement verified by a statement of truth - I would still prefer if everything was treated as a statement under oath.

I picked two official versions and did some reshuffling, I think the order of the phrases matters. I truly pay attention to detail and differences in quotation marks matter to me as well.
I believe that the facts stated in this witness statement are true.
I understand that proceedings for contempt of court may be brought against anyone who makes, or causes to be made, a false statement in a document verified by a statement of truth without an honest belief in its truth.

And then the problem is - even if I understand the difference - will the court interpret it in the same way?

Maybe I will accomplish a criminal trial then?
Private prosecution against myself, instantiated by some legal entity, apparently I cannot prosecute myself.
