I have a certain strategy in mind: release equity from 🏡 and buy Bitcoin.
(and do not touch it, cold storage, hardware wallet, multisig, not gambling on shitcoins)
It has been carefully thought through and I’m capable of executing but the difficulty is the availability of a financial products given my personal circumstances.
OR
Find a private investor. We still have freedom of speech and freedom of transacation between parties.
This blog has a goal of finding private investor by showing “social proof” and outlining the proposal in more detail.
I wish everything was automatically enforcable, as smart contract on the blockchain. But the RWA (real world assets) infrastructure is not quite there yet, it will require some paper and ink to sign it.

Using “corn” emoji as sometimes it is misspelled as “bitcorn”.
Round number 10% per year or 1% per month.
Or maybe even up to 15% to justify the risk for the other party.
