Alcohol isn't your friend. Never is the hangover worth it. Spend money to escape problems but don't fix them and actually make them worse. You're doing well on drinking no more than twice a week. Keep it to max 3 drinks per night or you will notice (discipline). Long-term, reduce to once a week and then 2 drinks per day. Look at the folks who don't get a grip on alcohol.
