Gude!
Welcome to the dTech Pulse newsletter. My name is Samuel Huber and I am super-excited to share this journey with you.
Before we dive in, I want to quickly share a story.
I am from Altenstadt — a small town near Frankfurt (Germany) with a population of roughly 13000 people. My parents still live here.

Fun fact: Even doctor Rudolf Ehrmann was born here. I believe very few people know him and his connection with Albert Einstein.

Doctor Rudolf was actually a very close friend and a personal physician to Albert Einstein for several decades. If you remember Einstein’s iconic picture with his smoking pipe? It was the doctor who made him quit.
For such a positive influence, Einstein later wrote a letter thanking doctor Rudolf.

To me, this story is a reminder of the unseen influences that shapes our minds and ideas.
In many ways, I have a similar relationship with Farcaster — the social protocol I joined two years ago has now become a pivotal part of my journey.
Just as doctor Rudolf quietly empowered and influenced Einstein’s life, Farcaster has empowered and influenced me to launch dTech — and move away from smart contract dev boutique to a Farcaster dev boutique.

Read my story here: My two years on Farcaster! With all this said, although I am no Einstein, I want to give something back to the community. And dTech Pulse is my way of doing this.
In short: dTech Pulse stands on two core pillars:
#1 Farcaster Pulse: This is a weekly bite-sized newsletter that cuts through the noise. Every Sunday, I will curate the most insightful conversations, projects, and ideas from Farcaster and deliver them straight to your inbox. I think you will enjoy them.
#2 dTech Office Hours: I personally miss the official Farcaster office hours, so I am bringing them back. Twice a month, I will host a session dedicated to helping developers. It is a space for us to connect, share knowledge, and add genuine value to each another's work.
If you ask me? I am thrilled about this!
Well, first of all, thank you for reading. This is the introductory post and we are really just getting started.
You will be receiving one newsletter every week in your inbox. Every Sunday. If you like it, please share it. For breaking announcements and the office hour joint calls and live streams expect to recieve my personal notes and breakdowns we use internally at dTech as well. This truely is where you get the Pulse of Farcaster.
The next newsletter will be reaching your inbox Sunday! In the meanwhile there are archives available.
Cheers, Samuel
