Mainly chugging along without major big splashes beyond the rewards algorithm. The growth statistics continue to be flat with business interest remaining strong. Companies realise Farcaster has an Ethereum native way to reach users and drive usage that they want to capitalize on especially with Coinbase putting distribution behind the Base app.
The main reason to really look deep into the rewards changes and keep an eye on them is that the Farcaster team promoted Farcaster Pro (>2 Million USD in revenue from it) as giving benefits like 10.000 character long casts, 4 embeds (think images, videos mini apps) per cast AND donating all that revenue back to protocol rewards. Well now one client (Base app) won't get these rewards. So any protocol post done from that client will get Base app rewards, but not the Farcaster rewards.
The Farcaster team changes their rewards system to excluse Base App users

rounds.wtf is sadly sunsetting after being the first rewards platform to top casters that got wide spread adoption after the original Degen launch to the Degen channel.

Here's the current overview of Farcaster metrics.
How much funds do users hold? aka what's the liquidity you can tap into? How much of these is held by quality users?
Is the network growing? How many of these users are considered quality (using OpenRank global scores for filtering). How does activity look like?
Which chains are used the most among influential accounts and how does Base vs Solana dominance look like?
How many daily active users (DAU) does Farcaster have right now? How much activity exists aka how many new posts? how many of these new posts are from quality users?

The full data can be viewed live on the Dune Dashboard
I truely believe Context is misunderstood in mini apps. Devs use it to quickly render your profile picture in the top right corner, but when properly used for analytics it becomes very very powerful.
Just look at all the data about where the user is coming from you get! Google would pay for such granular analytic possibilites on the web!
