Moving a bit away from the noisy main streets, I stumbled upon the St. Sarkis Vicarial Church, which was built in 1842 and consecrated in the name of St. Sarkis (thanks to Wikipedia 😊). It's a working church without any museum connotation, so there were no special tourist signs in or around it. By the way, it is made of the same Armenian stone Tuv, which together with authentic patterns gives it a very old look and makes it quite unusual.

Today, we walked further north on the beach than usual. If you think about it, we haven't walked this far in this direction since last spring 🤣 The waves were strong and beautiful today, the sun was really hitting and the sky was absolutely incredible! And it couldn't help but affect the beach. Today there are already a lot of people sunbathing, playing and even swimming! Despite the waves, the water is already much warmer. Today there was a dry day despite the overcast, so we took a walk along the waterfront. We wanted to walk along the beach, but the storm and the tide almost completely covered it with water. The waves were really getting to the coastal hills in some places. It all looks incredible, especially in combination with the sun breaking through from behind the clouds. The expanse of the elements and space for surfers doing pretzels on the waves 🌊🏄‍♂️
