Neutron is still in its testnet version, so you can try it out to possibly get some tokens. However, the Telegram group did mention that it is not an incentivised testnet,
so all of this is just speculation.
Create a Keplr Wallet (view my video below if you have not done so yet)
Add the Neutron test network to your Keplr wallet
You will be given a prompt from Keplr to add this network, similar to other networks like Sei.
Switch to the Neutron test network and copy it
Get testnet tokens from the faucet by typing the command /request and your Neutron wallet address (Telegram)
Change your network to the Neutron network on the Astroport DEX and perform swaps
Bridge your tokens from Neutron to Terra
Add liquidity into the pools on Astroport
