When faced with temptation, learn to delay gratification and turn confrontation into communication. Comfort and temptation are the favorites of the instinctive and emotional brain. To completely give up comfort and temptation is equivalent to direct confrontation with the instinctive and emotional brain. Obviously, the rational brain is no match for them, and defeat will come sooner or later. The sensible thing to do is to communicate with them, which is what the rational brain is best at. Ju...

It is often when we are deeply in love, or in pain, or in deep curiosity that we have the opportunity to reach this unspeakable root. One of the rewards of saying "yes" to life is that we experience, through our total engagement, the very essence of life as it was experienced before us; When we love fully, we have the opportunity to feel the inner feelings of all who have ever loved; When we listen deeply, we have the opportunity to feel the presence of all those who have been listening; When we allow ourselves to fully experience the present moment, no matter how we encounter it, we feel that all human beings "come alive" when they are inspired. At times like these, we also release the great potential of our birth, and we are releasing our light. We should also realize that we are tiny atoms from the mysterious world living on Earth, and our instinct is to release our own light. With love, like the existence of the sun, is a warm guardian, can help us notice all things to find their own strength. Back to the basics We often do this: one moment of clarity, one moment of doubt, one moment of awakening, one moment of ignorance, one moment of high spirits, the next moment of depression. Like our breathing and breathing, our states of consciousness have ups and downs. The cultivation of the body for man is to awaken us from the lethargy of the world and keep the process of practice open continuously. Because as human beings, we sleep, not because there's something wrong with us. This opening and closing itself is the inevitable journey of life. Therefore, the practice of being spiritual -- a spiritual transmigration into the human body -- is the constant return to the root of the world that allows us to understand it completely. The process of going back to basics is the basic form of saying "yes" to life. Life has taught me two things about going back to basics. First, going back to our inner center, where we have a very nourishing awareness within us, we experience connection with all life by coming back to ourselves. The feeling of thirst makes you look for a well, throw a bucket into the well, and bring up a refreshing underground spring water. You can't wait to have a drink because you are so thirsty that your tiredness will disappear. And the soul of each of us, like this well, draws nourishment from the spiritual spring that nourishes all souls. We need to know exactly where our well is. Secondly, the fact that we need to go back to the basics tells us that we may have been far away from the basics. This kind of distance is inevitable for people in the world, so we need to keep finding our way back to the basics. Most of us were taught that if we worked hard, played it safe and didn't make mistakes, we could crack the code of life and never get into trouble again. While these teachings are useful to some extent, the facts of life are not. From the very beginning, we must follow closely the dynamic things happening around us. From then on, the richness of experience will roll upon us. We will constantly encounter awakening and sleeping, agitation and calm, joy and pain. Our aim is not to destroy these conditions, but to sail the ship of our life from that living root, just as you must sail in a ship with a solid deck to stand on your feet.

Each of us must have a method that works for us in order to find our way back to the basics when we lose ourselves. It's even more overwhelming to get lost in a world of judgment and opposites, full of contrasts between good and bad, up and down, more and less, but these seemingly clear standards are far less enlightening than our own experience. I use the word "wake up" to describe turning on. I believe that opening is not a specific place we want to get to, but a state we want to maintain. Our life on Earth is constantly changing, and human beings are full of contradictions, constantly fulfilling and constantly growing. We are blessed with the freedom to experience both their gifts and their contradictions. The first lesson of awakening is to open our hearts, so that we can face the musings of life, and only by confronting them, can the truth hidden deep in our hearts be revealed, which is also the truth of spirituality. The first step in opening up is to constantly let go of your baggage and say "yes" to life's gifts. Although we sometimes fail in our quest for heaven, it prevents us from enjoying heaven. The truth is, most of the time it doesn't matter what we do, but we only accept this fact when we try our hardest. I don't think that failure means total failure. Rather, I think it means that we have brought out the best in our humanity, and that it is through our humanity that we can face our difficulties, open our defenses, and make the world outside of us more complete. It is only by sitting fully in our humanity that we can come to the root of ourselves, and therefore of all things.

Only by facing life fully, no matter how many twists and turns, can we find our way back to the inner vitality that is the treasure that keeps us going. In the first two sections, we gained some insight into saying "yes" and taking the hard way and using it to our advantage. I invite you to apply this insight to your own personal experience and think about whether you feel both in your life. I would like you to pause and discuss with your friends the space this insight opens for you: ● Saying yes is how our innate infinite spirituality keeps us advancing on earth. How do you perceive your own spiritual presence? ● To say "good" is the soul of the seedling to open the world rock oppression way. How does your soul grow inch by inch in this rock-like world? ● There are two recurring questions that serve as a compass of the mind: What do we say yes to? What is our inherent reliance on good time? What do you say "yes" to in the moment you feel alive? How does it feel to say yes? ● Realizing that to ask for what we need is simply to practice receiving what we are given -- that is our journey here on Earth. Describe what it is that keeps you from opening your mouth. What's stopping you from receiving what you're given? ● Facing the transformation brought about by our hardships is the most profound form of saying good, the blooming of our souls on earth. Describe a difficult time in your life and how it changed you. ● Despair is often a nut with a tough core. Describe a desperate moment you experienced and how it ended. Describe a moment of resilience and how it started. ● We are constantly asked to step into difficult opening discussions. Describe a difficulty you encountered and the internal dialogue it opened up for you. ● Being defenseless allows us to be soft and malleable, to find our place in the larger universe, and to feel one. Describe an experience where life required you to be unguarded and how you dealt with it. ● In order to live a rich life, we need to open our hearts so that the outside world can complete us. Name a teacher from the outside world and what inspiration that teacher has had for you. ● When we see the world with love, we bring life to everything, including our own souls. Tell a story about a time when you gave love to something. ● It is often in times of deep love, pain or curiosity that we reach this unspeakable root. When we deeply experience that root, we can feel the root of all things. How do you describe the essence of this unspeakable life? ● As a soul living as a person, practice is to return to our roots where we can more fully understand the world. Going back to the basics is a way of saying yes to life. How do you get back to your roots? ● It is heroic that we are constantly being asked to make choices about our lives and how we live them. Tell me about someone you admire. How did that person choose to live their life and lifestyle? One of the rewards of water saying "yes" to life is that it immerses us in the present moment, and the present moment opens up the waves that connect everything. The present is the breath of the soul. I have traveled thousands of miles, read thousands of people, read thousands of books, and written a lot, but what makes me feel most small is that only when I am safely in the present moment, can my knowledge become fresh, and the present only through the presence of the true self to enter. This presence is invisible, somewhere between you and others, between you and the world, between you and the mysterious unity of the universe. We are used to using words to translate and explain who we are and where we have been, but presence is another kind of conversation, one that opens our mind to a public space where we can experience connections with others. Being present makes it natural for us to tell the truth. Telling the truth is often the first surprise we encounter on our journey. Telling the truth unleashes all of our vitality, allowing our experience of the truth to evolve and refine ourselves. By saying yes to our present, just as we water the budding seed, the seed will eventually grow into a tree and provide shade for our direction of travel. For me, I don't want to set aside time for sincerity anymore, because I want to be a person who is sincere all the time. I will no longer ask others for their hearts, but simply to see them live; I no longer want to set aside a time for meditation. I want to breathe silence and be silence. I no longer want to interpret myself, I only want to show myself through the presence that infuses everything. I want to meet you when I say yes, yes, yes to life. An introspective moment - In conversations with family and friends, describe in detail a time when you felt fundamental to everything in the world. Then over the next few days, find something small -- a seashell, a stone, a feather, a bookmark -- that you can hold on to from time to time, and make it a symbol of the fundamental nature of all things, so that you can instantly connect when the connection seems far away.
