Reown, a new project in the crypto space, kicked off its launch campaign using Guild as the main hub for building its community, onboarding users, running quests, and giving out rewards. They ran a mission-style campaign with quizzes, NFTs, and Guild’s point system, which helped them grow fast and get a lot of attention. For all six weeks of the campaign, Reown actually had more members on Guild than followers on Twitter - pretty impressive for a brand new project. It’s a great example of how Guild can really help boost visibility, grow a community, and get early users involved in web3.
Guild is the platform for community access and growth in the decentralized era. By combining role-based access, cross-platform logic, custom requirements, and flexible reward mechanisms - including NFTs and points - Guild empowers creators and teams to build dynamic, interoperable community layers without needing to rely on centralized platforms. From onboarding flows and gated perks to loyalty rewards and decentralized identity tools, Guild serves as the backend for web3-native community infrastructure.
Reown helps Web3 builders create better apps and wallets. It gives developers the tools they need to make their apps easy to use, secure, and packed with helpful insights. If you're building something in Web3, Reown's AppKit lets you quickly set up wallet connections and user interactions - so you can focus on your product, not the tricky backend stuff.
To kick off their journey, Reown launched a five-part Mission Campaign hosted entirely on Guild. Each mission served as a step in onboarding new community members while educating them about Reown’s vision, products, and the broader Web3 narrative.

Mint a Mission NFT upon completion
This loop repeated across five sequential missions. With every mission, participants could learn, participate, and earn - a perfect blend of education and reward. Over 21,000 users completed Mission 1, an unprecedented level of participation for a brand new project.
By the end of the campaign, Reown’s Guild had over 30,000 members - consistently more than their Twitter follower count at that time, which speaks volumes in a space where Twitter is considered the primary hub for discovery and engagement.
Guild’s NFT infrastructure was a core piece of the campaign. Each completed mission granted the user a soulbound Mission NFT, stored as proof of participation and progression. These NFTs weren’t just cosmetic - they'll enable gated access to later missions and future perks. Guild made it seamless to mint, verify, and leverage these NFTs across the campaign.
And this is just the beginning: using Guild, projects can later tie these NFTs into other systems - whether as criteria for future quests, bonus points, private access, or even airdrop eligibility.
Reown also activated Guild’s Points Engine to fuel engagement and build friendly competition. Points - dubbed “Stars” - were distributed based on different community actions. Here’s how it broke down:
Socialite: 20 Stars for following Reown on Twitter or visiting their YouTube channel
Caster: 15 Stars for Farcaster followers of Reown
Inauguration NFT Holders: 10 Stars for minting a special Reown NFT on Zora
Pin Holders: 20 Stars for minting the Guild Pin
Builders: 25 Stars for devs, designers, visionaries acquiring roles like “dev” or “researcher”
Each of these actions was tied to a custom Guild role and requirement, with campaign pages built to onboard and track participation. The leaderboard ensured real-time competition throughout the campaign.
This multi-path rewards structure incentivized various people - from casual followers to active builders — to get involved early and stay engaged.
The results? Beyond the numbers, Reown’s Guild campaign made waves.
Twitter conversations surged with mentions of the Reown missions
Discord activity exploded, with thousands of new participants
Other projects took notice, reaching out to learn how Reown did it - and how Guild could help them do the same
Reown’s use of Guild wasn’t just about quests or NFTs. It was a strategic, multi-dimensional approach to building a sticky, engaged, and educated community from day one. By leveraging Guild’s powerful tools - missions, NFTs, points, roles, and gated access - they turned a cold start into a buzzing, high-conversion funnel.
And the most telling metric? For the entire duration of the campaign, Reown had more Guild members than Twitter followers.
