Today I was shocked to find out that an artist I respect was copyminting. Maybe I'm overthinking it, but I wonder if people don't really care about copyright? I think awareness of this issue varies mainly by country, but here in Japan it is cracked down on quite strictly. It applies not only to the person who uploaded it but also to the platform. On the other hand, underground art is filled with overflowing love for the characters who own the rights. It is called secondary creation,...

But even though it is tough, it is fun. I am always grateful to the many senior artists, friends, and collectors. The work is bas...

Woohoo! I've been seeing a lot of twitter posts lately that are angry at the market. Do they still feel taken advantage of by the market? That the profits are not getting what they want and are not worth the price? I think 50% of the profit is a bit small, But the other half of the commission is the cost of the affiliate and the market.
To sell something, the flow is author -> seller -> buyer, and the seller acts as an intermediary between the author and the buyer. The cost of goods can be divided into cost, profit, and distribution.

This structure is also universal in the web3. Even though it may seem like p2p, buying and selling are established through the market. Digital data, which has no substance, has significance only when it exists in the market. When the NFT technology was first developed, there was a lot of talk about the one and only, permanent, universal data. That was just an illusion. I have already experienced that these are just data that no longer appear due to the loss of the market. So they are very important and indispensable for me.
For example, on ZORA, if you buy 10 pieces from my affiliate links, it will cover the cost of the purchase of the piece, and after that, it will be profitable. In Japan, there is a word “oshikatsu”, which means to promote your favorite artist. This is just that. It is the best system to support your favorite artists and benefit their fans as well.

One collector has made more than 1 ETH by linking his collected works without posting his own.
and the offer system has brought a speculative element to the market. I believe that Rodeo has succeeded in further expanding the number of users. It feels no different than pressing the like button on your favorite piece. And when you collect 9 favorite works, you can easily link to the farcaster. This is very nice.
Come to think of it, everyone's complaints are about money all the time, but there's not much to talk about in a more functional way.
I don't really like 24h limited mint, it's very busy.
It's just something to consume a moment. But the offer system changed everything.
You can offer x5~x1000 for a piece you missed out on. This heats up the rodeo even more. But they were ridiculed as hype.
I realize that everyone complains but in the end they POST and everyone loves it.
Long live web3.
Have a ggguday.
