๐ฅ MOTIVATION TO GO FORWARD

There are days when you definitely just want to lie in bed and not talk to anyone. Life will have days when your emotions hit rock bottom. During those times, you often need space to deal with the emotional chaos in your heart. These are the things I often do to help myself not be affected too much. Because if I feel down for a day, I also lose a productive day. The older I get, the less time I have, the more responsibilities I have, don't waste time on unnecessary things. These are the ways to help me overcome difficult times
1. Take advantage of sunlight and nature: No matter how depressed I am, I find a way to go out into nature, to places with lots of sunlight. I know it will be hot, but according to science, sunlight will give me energy and make my body more alert.
2. Don't stay up late: Staying up late is very harmful to your emotions, don't think that you are sad because of a reason, sometimes just because you lack sleep can make you sad. So sleep on time, at least 6 hours a day. Whoever said that you have to sleep 3 hours to study is very harmful to your health.
3. Create distance with people around you: go to places with few people to relax, to slow down and have time to think about everything. If you are sad, give yourself a chance to feel it, don't avoid it. Because no one can turn sadness into happiness or vice versa in a split second, everything needs time to change.
4. Avoid arguing with people who don't understand you: If the problem lies in what others say or disagree with your opinion, then practice not to react, sometimes silence is golden and words are just sound, learning to control your reactions will help you stand firm in all situations.
5. Minimize your understanding and only short-term: I often practice living in the moment, not thinking too far into the past or future, just focusing on the present moment and not wanting to have because of but. Just want to focus on the things I can do to be effective in life.
Usually do the above things to recover as soon as possible to continue the game. Wish you all a beautiful day and overcome all your emotional difficulties.
