But in some cases, doctors prescribe pharmacy vitamin complexes, which in some cases can quickly make up for the lack of certain groups of vitamins, for example B (for the nervous system). Among the most valuable vitamins for our body are C, A, B1 (theanine), E (tocopherol), B2 (riboflavin), B12, D (calciferol, the so-called sun vitamin). A balanced diet allows you to get all the necessary complex of vitamins without resorting to pharmaceutical synthetic drugs for help.
