happy thanksgiving
this thanksgiving, i'm reminding myself to pay attention to what's actually here. the people who shows up, the moments that feel good, the small wins that carried me through, the laughter that softens the long days & the courage it took to keep it movin'. it's easy to get stuck on what's missing, but there's so much worth holding close. so today, on thanksgiving, i'm choosing gratitude for health we have, the memories we're makin' & the blessings i didn't always noticed.
berry blast smoothie
1 cup coconut water 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder 1/2 cup assorted berries (blackberries, blueberries, cranberries, raspberries & strawberries) fresh or frozen handful spinach
photoshoot prep
this is goin' to be a really fun project! as you can imagine, the preparations for it will be insanely physical. the good thing about gettin' ready for the photoshoot is that i'm able to have a much different training schedule than i do when i'm workin'. in order to look my very best in front of the camera, i have to put myself through an intense, exhausting routine. i did a lot of hot yoga, sometimes twice a day or i would do fasted cardio in the morning & hot yoga in the evening. the other ...
commit to the Lord whatever you do & He will establish your plans.
when you commit your work, dreams & daily decisions to the Lord, you placed them in trustworthy hands.
the Lord sees the bigger that you can't see. even when your path feels slower or uncertain, He's workin' behind the scenes.
your role is faithfulness, His role is directions. as you pray & surrender your efforts to Him, He aligns your heart w/His purpose & leads you step by step.
committing to the Lord isn't about giving up your plans but inviting Him into them. it's trusting His time & wisdom are higher than yours.
when the Lord establishes your plans, they gain a firm foundation. doors open at the right time & confusion turns into clarity.
stay faithful in the small things, keep seeking Him & move forward w/courage.
what you entrust in the Lord, He's able to sustain & bring to fulfillment.
God bless you abundantly!
