Web 3.0 is not the Internet. It is more than the Internet: mash-networks (dynamic and static), Bitcoin & IPFS space nodes and many more are about it.
Web 3.0 is built on an economy of ACT and it is much more than an economy of services. Action and inaction (useful for some system) are paid for.
Web 3.0 is not DeFi. It's not just DeFi. And finance in general is not everything for Web 3.0: SBT is an example of digital non-financial assets, but in general - transactional reputation about it. Completely.
Web 3.0 is not a panacea for solving social problems. Technology cannot solve social and economic problems at all: it can only help optimise them.
Web 3.0 is a DAO. In the sense that DAO is as much a building block of this as an atom is of our "ordinary" world.
