Thanks for joining my newsletter!
As promised, I'll tell you about my new business and how I've already landed my first clients. But first, if you haven't seen it, check out my latest YouTube video where I reflect on my first 8 years in business and why I decided to start over: Watch here
My new business
For years, I've been passionate about online education. Traditional schooling never resonated with me. My biggest breakthroughs came from learning directly from experts online. I've even successfully sold my own knowledge in marketing and e-commerce.
Now, I want to empower other experts and creators to do the same – turn their valuable knowledge into sustainable income and real-world impact.
That's right, I'm launching a service designed to help experts and creators monetize their knowledge through online education.
I offer two pathways: Done-For-You and a Guided Program
How I Landed My First 4 Clients
After 8 years in business, I’ve learned a lot about customer acquisition. And rule #1 when starting something new? Leverage your network!
Client 1 (Revenue Share): A friend already selling online courses. I offered to take over everything, and he agreed on a revenue share basis.
Client 2 (Upfront + Revenue Share): Another friend with a coaching business. We structured a deal with an upfront payment and ongoing revenue share.
Client 3 (Instagram Outreach): I reached out to a promising Instagram account (10k followers) and showed him how to monetize his audience. Two weeks later, we're launching his community and coaching offer (now at 20k followers - my intuition was right).
Client 4 (Guided Program): A connection I have supported in the past, who was interested in building his own program, agreed to join the guided program.
Final words
If you're feeling unfulfilled, remember there's a better life waiting on the other side of an uncomfortable decision. For me it was leaving something I spent 2.5 years building. Now I wake up feeling genuine excitement about my work - and I can't wait to show share everything with you!
Thanks for reading! See you next week.
