๐ It's a money market that offers fixed-rate loans. Both borrowers and lenders will know the exact costs and loan duration, which can be fairly flexible.

For the lender side: ๐ We can set the interest rate and loan duration as desired (red circle).
๐ While waiting for an order to match, we'll earn interest at apassive variable rate (green circle).
On the borrower side, they can see the available loan duration and the fixed interest rate before even starting the loan process.
This provides clear financial costs, avoiding the fear of rising interest rates and the need to re-position.๐ Locking in interest rates during a poor market can provide us with funds to farm during a bull market.
Aave also used to have stable rate interest, but it has been discontinued. Therefore, if DeFi achieves mass adoption, there will be demand in this area.
At the bottom of the image, you can see that @SizeCredit has already been audited.
Even with an audit, vulnerabilities can still exist, so always do your own research (DYOR).

I've tried depositing some USDC as a lender, not much. The website is quite well-designed.
