The hardfork will happen on November 26. In this case, we will run it every round of the rotation. Basically the evaluation criteria will be included in the uptime category. It will be evaluated how fast validators react to an update.
The number of tokens stored in the first 8 Genesis validators has been reduced. There are now about 700,000 tokens stored in each validator. This leads to the fact that if we have less than 67% of nodes when performing a hard rollup, that is 2/3 nodes running version 0.13.0, and for that the chain will stop. So to avoid this, it is recommended that everyone install Cosmovisor.
A minimum base gas fee set to 16 gwei. Senders should at least set a base gas fee at 16.
You can choose to only locked token or unlocked token. When the fund follows the delegation process, you will receive locked tokens. This means that all 48 validators selected for Active Set must run the node for the lock token. You can run two nodes. One for locked token and one for unlocked token.
Locked tokens have higher volume but lower APY, and unlocked tokens have lower volume and higher APY, and then there is a singularity stage.
For mainnet, the singularity stage will last approximately 42 days. The 1.206 million blocks after the first 1.206 million blocks after genesis is called the singularity. So during this phase, people can create validator tokens, but the active validator set will only consist of genesis validators, and there will be no new token acceptance, hence no new rewards. Unlocking and re-legalization is also not supported.
There will be a UBI system for validators. UBI stands for universal basic income. So every month we will calculate the average price of IP tokens and then through this we will find a means of subsidizing to support validators in their work. This will most likely be in stablecoins, not IP tokens.
Before mainnet there will be one last final form to fill out. It will be similar in style to the contribution form. So on this form, please just add everything you've done throughout your time with us, starting with private partner, testnet, then Iliad and then Audacy. Just list everything you've done so we can analyze it in more detail.
