Swapping a simple breakfast or an exaggerated lunch for brunch (a combination of the two) has become a true fashion in recent years. The English concept has become a trend in Portugal and, in recent years, thousands of spaces specializing in this concept have appeared. However, if in the beginning it was consumed only on Sundays or on holidays, not now. Currently, it is a meal enjoyed by everyone and consumed any day of the week.

Therefore, it made perfect sense to bring this concept — which, in case you haven't noticed, already dominates every corner of the capital — to the municipality of Oeiras. Jojo’s Brunch is the most recent spot in Paço de Arcos and is running for the award for the space with the most instagrammable dishes in the region.

“We are passionate about food. We've worked most of our professional life in the restaurant business and we're a surprising blend of the North and the South Bank. We opened Jojo’s and it was the result of our quest for enchanted brunch. We want to provide, in the area where we love to live, a brunch offer that exists a lot in the Lisbon area, but still with little offer in the Oeiras area. We were inspired by our roots, childhood memories and our travels. We invested in the quality of the raw material and in exemplary production by our fantastic team”, he explains.

The menu is full of tasty and, for the most part, healthy recipes. The menu includes nachos with guacamole, bolo do caco with egg benedict and smoked salmon, avocado toast on homemade bread and brioche with tuna and beetroot mayonnaise. Don't forget to check if the seasonings are as you like in the savory and sweet bowls, as well as in the pancakes.

The favorite dishes of those responsible are the Jojo’s sandwich, a brioche bun with avocado, ham and fried egg and the M&M’s pancake. The TVI presenter, Inês Gutierrez, who already became a fan of the new spot in Oeiras, visited the space during the opening week.
