On June 2, 2025, Microsoft officially launched Bing Video Creator, a video creation tool powered by the Sora artificial intelligence model from OpenAI. This release gives the public free access to AI-powered video creation, with no need for a ChatGPT Plus or Pro subscription. With this feature, anyone can create short videos simply by entering a text description via the Bing app on their mobile device.
