1 head cauliflower, cut into medium-sized florets
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 cup plant-based milk
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, milk, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, letting the excess drip off, then roll in breadcrumbs. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until the cauliflower is crispy and golden.
5. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Drizzle with your choice of sauce, if desired.
