Ingredients:
1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 teaspoon coconut palm sugar or sweetener of choice
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon chia seeds
4 ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Place the frozen banana chunks and ice cubes into the blender.
2. Pour in the coconut milk and add the peanut butter.
3. Add in the chia seeds and coconut palm sugar.
4. Blend until smooth.
