Over the last two and a half years I've had the incredible journey of being co-founder and CMO of Guild.xyz. Sentimentally, I announce my transition from this role to an advisory position.
While many projects faded away or risen to great success during this time, steadily building a product this complex yet simple designed specifically for the crypto community, has been the most rewarding thing.
Unbelievably to little Reka even five years ago, I had the chance to speak on many stages, host workshops, summon events in cities around the world and online for thousands of people, joining, building and strategically advising hundreds of communities in the process.
Learned where to take action when others are hesitating, to show people they want to do things they didn't know existed.
Had the pleasure of meeting builders from every layer of our industry, aligning teams to craft ideas, product features and build up campaigns that moved millions of crypto-savvy people globally.
The most experience I've gotten is from our team though. During this time we grew to 20+ top tier Hungarian talents. I've learned to hire, to guide and support a team sharing the same vision.
Conferences have product market fit and I know why… Greatful for everyone I've met, worked with and now get to keep forever as Telegram contacts.
What's next? I am not going anywhere. Excited to scheme, close gaps and build what we are all here for.
