Another week, another batch of insights from our community!
This week's highlights:
The MVP Complexity Trap: a developer shares why saying "NO" to features saves startups from failure. Learn why more features = death by complexity, and the one question that determines if you are ready to build.
Why Buyers Ghost You (Even When They Want Your Product): a LinkedIn post explaining that buyers aren’t rejecting solutions, they’re exhausted. Key lessons for sellers on making adoption easy, safe, light, and worth it.
The 8 Trends from Self-Managed Organizations: an article summarizing research on 200+ self-managed organizations, highlighting eight key trends and innovative practices that are reshaping management paradigms.

Open Source, Open Future: Common Ground’s Next Chapter
Common Ground is now fully open source under the AGPLv3 license. This marks an important milestone for the team and for the broader vision of an open, user-owned internet. From this point forward, development will take place in the open, and everyone is welcome to participate.
Here’s the repository!
And for more details check out their announcement here.
Website Update Live
The updated version of the FairAI website is now live!
With the new changes published, the team is beginning to see how people interact with the revised flow and which areas attract the most attention. These signals, along with insights from ongoing conversations with clients, will inform the next rounds of iteration. As more data and feedback come in, FairAI will continue refining the site to further strengthen how the value comes across.
Explore the updated site and share your feedback with the team.

New Features
During the past few months, the Meetwith team has been working on creating the perfect experience for Web3 coaches. Now, users can rely on their Meetwith wallet to receive crypto payments on Celo and Arbitrum, and even accept card payments.
These are not the only updates. Meetwith has also built a more efficient way to coordinate calls across teams in different time zones through its new group feature.
For anyone who wants to understand these features better and unlock Meetwith’s full potential, a demo can be booked, and the team will walk you through it.
This week, six new members joined, including:
A contributor with experience in crypto strategy and portfolio management
A blockchain and frontend developer skilled across multiple frameworks and smart-contract languages
A UI/UX designer
An innovator with a background in business development, backend engineering, and AI automation
A builder working on advanced tokenization and gating infrastructure
A former ed-tech founder and startup-incubator lead
