Your Support Can Make a Difference for Builders!
💚 RnDAO friends, We need your help—urgently! For months we have been working on a program to support builders in Arbitrum and continue the progress from our recent CollabTech Hackathon. However, our efforts are at risk due to a quorum challenge in the voting process. Only 20% (just 30 million) votes against our proposal could jeopardize this initiative, even though quorum rules require 122 million ARB votes to proceed. That is because votes against don’t count toward quorum. This makes mobil...

Last week, we hosted a talk with James Priest on "Distributing Work, Supercharging Teams: Patterns for Coherent Collaboration."
James discussed how reducing unnecessary dependencies within organizations empowers teams to work more autonomously, boosting productivity and ownership.
He introduced Sociocracy 3.0, a framework offering dynamic patterns to enhance collaboration, align efforts, and optimize resources. The session provided valuable insights into minimizing waste, focusing on what truly matters, and ensuring effective coordination across the organization.
Stay tuned for the recording on our YouTube channel soon.
We’ve been working on a continuation program for our recent Arbitrum CollabTech Hackathon, but our proposal faces a quorum challenge. We need delegates to "Abstain" or vote "For" to move forward.
How you can help:
Know anyone listed as "no" or "yes but needed" under the Relationship column in this spreadsheet? Please introduce us or encourage them to vote—or at least abstain, which helps more than not voting.
If you can’t reach them directly, can you help us find them on Twitter, Telegram, or through your network? Every introduction matters. Feel free to comment on this tweet.
Voting closes Dec 19—let’s come together for builders!
