Recent leadership challenges—common in startups—led the team to test their AI-driven prototype, enabling adaptive roles aligned with shifting priorities. The result? A refreshed structure:
Gustavo is now CEO and will lead the team toward a renewed value proposition that merges AI Agents with web3 capabilities to empower teams with greater accountability.
Milena will now focus solely on her strengths as Technical Lead, stepping back from excess responsibilities.
Nickolay is reaffirming his role in Product & Operations, with a focus on shipping features and implementing effective team processes.
Cansy has stepped into the role of Grip Tape Master, working to build a more secure and stable connection between the team and its customers.

Over the past week, the Contribo team has been refining their pitch deck based on investor feedback, focusing on defining their competitive differentiation and strengthening their value proposition around portable reputation systems and instant matchmaking. They are particularly excited about their breakthrough in insight discovery, which enables developers to build verifiable reputations through bounties that translate directly into hiring opportunities, while giving companies access to pre-validated talent.
Looking ahead, Contribo is preparing for its next funding phase with RnDAO and exploring how staking mechanisms could create stronger accountability in its reputation system.
