We just wrapped up our recent pilot program designed to strengthen founder–investor connections in the Arbitrum ecosystem. A grant from Arbitrum DAO enabled us to test a new approach with online workshops, 1:1 pitch coaching for founders, and ultimately a live Pitch Day event.
55 projects trained
10 projects pitched live to 83 attendees
118 investors engaged
$225,500 in capital committed
We shared what worked and what we learned about connecting Arbitrum builders with capital flows. It's a strong signal for ecosystem infrastructure. Read more here.

Fair AI has maintained its focus on two ongoing outreach campaigns: reconnecting with previous contacts and reaching out to companies participating in the upcoming K 2025 fair.
In parallel, the team has finalized demo materials and logistical details, ensuring everything is ready for their participation in the event.

Continued testing and improving founder outreach messages and positioning.
Shared their approach to hiring through real work: paid trials that demonstrate skill, ownership, and mindset in action with a network of 30k people, which will help them validate the model.
The team is simplifying and final-testing their new project creation flow, which helps teams outsource work through transparent modules and milestones (as shared last week). After this stage, they’ll begin outreach to identify web3 organizations that could turn their backlogs into paid projects through the platform.
