The mountain is a symbol of stillness and quiet. Snow falls on it in Winter, and melts in Summer, and throughout the mountain remains. Applied to world of human affairs, this hexagram concerns itself with finding stillness in oneself. The two primary areas to focus on are the head, and the heart.
Take this week as a reminder of the importance of decluttering the mind, and stilling the heart. Now is a good time to let go of old patterns and thoughts to make room for the new. If you feel called to find a quiet place to meditate, be sure to carve out some time this week to do so.
