把鱼洗净后沥干水分,备好小葱段、生姜片、生姜丝、小葱丝、蒸鱼豉油将小葱段和生姜片放在鱼身上面,放锅里蒸7-8分钟出锅后,将生姜片和小葱段剔除,并且将盘子里面的水去除。小葱丝、生姜丝放在鱼身上起锅烧油,油热后,倒在小葱丝和生姜丝上面,激发香气加入适量蒸鱼豉油,完成
