“Life is too important to take too seriously.” That quote sums up this final chapter better than anything else.

I’ve appreciated sharing Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff with you each day. It’s been a grounding ritual — not just for reflection, but for showing up with a little more intention. The last lesson reminds us that none of this is guaranteed. We don’t know how much time we have left, but we do know how we want to spend it.

That’s the real work: not getting more done, but doing more of what matters.

I’m grateful for the space to think out loud with all of you — and I’m excited to turn the page to a brand new book starting tomorrow. New words, new thoughts, same practice.
