This week’s fractal reflection is inspired by a tough but freeing truth from The Four Agreements — that much of our inner chaos comes from making assumptions and taking things personally. It’s easy to believe someone’s silence means something about you. Or that your worth hinges on how a project lands or how someone reacts. But most of that? It’s a mirror maze of false narratives. We’re not seeing reality — we’re reacting to our own made-up stories about it.
Today, I’m reminding myself to breathe before jumping to conclusions. To ask before assuming. To witness without absorbing. Because the alternative is just more noise. And we've got too much real building to do.
So if you're in the storm — take a step back. You don’t have to carry every feeling. You don’t have to react to every story your mind spins.
Come anchor in community today. We’ve made it to Fractal #60. That’s sixty weeks of showing up, giving respect, and documenting the work. Let’s celebrate that, and each other.

This week's reflection emphasizes the importance of not letting assumptions and personal interpretations cloud judgment. Unnecessarily absorbing others' perceptions only adds to our inner chaos. Instead, we should seek understanding and hold space for community. Join the celebration of Fractal #60 with @zaal!
