ZM The lesson today comes from The Four Agreements, and it’s one of those deceptively simple truths that keeps revealing new layers the longer you sit with it: “Be impeccable with your word.” The card says that to have great faith is to have great power — because when your intent is undivided, your will becomes a force that cuts through doubt.

I’ve noticed this in my own life, especially in the way I speak about ZAO’s future. There have been times when I’ve hedged my language, softening it with “maybe” or “we’ll see” to protect myself from disappointment. But when I commit to speaking with full belief — no backdoor escapes, no half-measures — something shifts. It’s like the whole community can feel that conviction and starts aligning with it, adding their energy to mine.

Cultures throughout history have known this. In many traditions, the spoken word isn’t just communication — it’s creation. The way you speak shapes the reality you step into. In our work with ZAO, that means every conversation, every idea we voice carries the potential to build something tangible. And the more we strip away doubt, the more our words become self-fulfilling blueprints.

So today, I’m choosing to speak as if the things I believe in are already on their way — because they are. And I’m inviting you to do the same, whether in your art, your collaborations, or the small promises you make to yourself. Our words are seeds.
