Clarity precedes success. Great goals bring energy and find your final destiny. The secret of passion is purpose. See my days as stepping stones towards my great life. Write your personal philosophy for life in 2-4 paragraphs. How do you want to occur in the world? What human being do you want to be? Write down on a piece of paper, for core areas in your life. Break down your goals. Take the time to do this, even if you don’t like them doing. Writing down on paper forces clarity. What cannot measured cannot be managed. Make a stance for your highest life.
Get up early and do inner work
You have a witness within you, watching all of your choices. It is called your conscience. Keep your self-promises. Win the battle of your bed: • don’t eat after 7 PM • don’t use devices • lull yourself in bad • try at least 60 days, causes stress (adapting!) • put ahead your clock • get in bed early If you can’t breathe, you can’t help. Take 60 minutes to work on yourself; your holy hour.
