• Aave Past Proposal; This past proposal creation of Bored Ghosts Developing. Ernesto Boado, Emilio Frangella, and Andrey Kozlov from BGD Labs are looking to launch an initiative to provide support to the Aave ecosystem over 15 months. The list of tasks includes; technical support for Aave, research for new features and improvements, etc.

• Element Discussion; Weighted voting with ELFI. A value greater than 0.9% of circulating ELFI is required to be a member and have one vote on the GSC. Very few addresses have the amount required to become a member which means that at the point of transferability of the coin, members can accumulate ELFI for swing votes. Two possible solutions that involve weighting would be the number of delegates or the number of delegates and the total ELFI that have delegated.

• Balancer Proposal; Allow list Pickle Finance in veBAL’s Voting Escrow. Pickle is building a module on top of Balancer’s Gauge system that seeks to aid Balancer LPs and prospective veBAL participants in maximizing the utility of their deposits with Balancer, while also enhancing the overall utility of the Balancer’s Gauge system by creating a liquid veBAL derivative. Pickle will provide incentives in the form of 2-3% of PICKLE supply. No request for financial assistance will be made.

• ENS Proposal; Real-Time Community Health Analytics. RnDAO is requesting $30k for a research project on Real-time Community Health Analytics for DAOs. This will include the Synthesis of the literature review and a conceptual framework on Organisational Network Analysis applied to DAO community Health and Vibez. It will also include data analysis and insights on DAO Community Health, using the ONA and Pulse Survey data collection tool, and workshops with DAO members to brainstorm initiatives. The estimated timeline will span over 10 weeks time.

• SuperRare Discussion; Improving $RARE Stability. Allocate $RARE from the treasury to engage market makers and liquidity providers to improve liquidity and price stability. This would utilize approved methods of providing liquidity such as loan agreements, Discounted Purchase of $RARE to Council-Approved Market Makers, Incentivized Liquidity Mining Program, and Direct Provision of Liquidity from DAO Treasury. Up to 30,000,000 $RARE (or equivalent value in ETH or USDC) may be made available over the one-year period following the approval of this Proposal for certain liquidity and market-making activities designed to improve liquidity for $RARE as identified below.

• Bankless Proposal; VitaDAO and BanklessDAO Token Swap. $25,000 worth of BANK will be swapped with $25,000 VITA. BanklessDAO would benefit from treasury diversification and possible sales of its products and services to VitaDAO. VitaDAO is a community-owned collective funding early-stage longevity research. $9m+ Treasury to fund research with 3000+ Active Discord members, 30+ Research projects evaluated, and$1.5m+ Longevity research funded.

• Rocket Pool Proposal; Snapshot Voting. This proposal takes the vote on whether or not Rocket Pool should adapt snapshot voting. So far 100% of votes (36/36) are in favor of adapting snapshot. This creates questions like: How is a vote date for a proposal set? How much support is necessary (majority, 2/3, 3/4, etc)? How can (or should) we include rETH holders? AND Is quadratic voting the appropriate mechanism?

• Pokt Proposal; Purpose Built Wallet Mobile App. This proposal seeks to fund Bass Pools LLC (PoktFund) with 350K USD worth of Pokt (broken into milestones) to build out a wallet mobile application for Pokt. This would improve wallet.pokt.network in areas like ​​QR generation, statistics for node runners, multiple accounts support, mnemonic passphrases, and optimizing for mobile use. The milestone will be First Release Candidate v0.1.0 ($75K), Development continuation v0.5.0 ($75K), Adoption v1.0.0 ($75k), Long Term Support v1+ ($125k, awarded upon Milestone #3 completion).
