Aave Discussion; Add new KNC to Aave. Kyber Network is a multi-chain crypto trading and liquidity hub that connects liquidity from different sources to enable token trading. This proposal aims to list the new version of the Kyber Network Crystal (KNC) token for borrowing, lending, and as a collateral asset on Aave after delisting the old KNCL token. Some benefits include: Highly liquid but not on any major DeFi platform, marketing resources, over 10k token holder, and an existing relationship with Aave.
Element Proposal; Bug Bounty Proposal by Hats Finance. This proposal looks to create a hacker/auditors incentive pool to protect the Element Finance contracts by incentivizing vulnerability disclosures for ELFI smart contracts with $HAT tokens. The action items in this proposal are to decide whether to collaborate with Hats.Finance, set up a committee and vote on the number of tokens that will be used from the treasury.
Balancer Proposal; Form the Emergency subDAO. This proposal looks to create a subDAO that allows a small group to kill pools and gauges in case of malicious activity or potential loss of funds. The reason for this proposal is in regards to these three pools (1)(2)(3), wherein a single LP has staked in the gauges and enticed voters to allow him to collect most if not all the emissions. An additional step will be for the Emergency subDAO to add a token to the deny list and in order for it to be added back, a veBAL governance vote would be required. This proposal has 2 days left until expiration.

ENS Discussion; ENS Ecosystem Working Group request for Subgroups. On the 24th of January, a Request for a subgroup for the Ecosystem Working Group started. Subgroups are how members of the ENS community become contributors to the DAO. A subgroup may have a specific purpose, be focused on a certain endeavor, or just be interested in a particular topic. Subgroups are how members of the ENS community become contributors to the DAO. Many months later this discussion has been revisited with a more specific requirement for the formation of the Development subgroup, this subgroup would work on Research, Analytics & Development initiatives 1 in ENS DAO. The Development Subgroup is in charge of ENS's participation in Hackathons, as well as its appearance on panels, workshops, and speaker lists. ENS should set the standard for how-to-DAO. There are many DAOs with the same aligned ideology as ENS, and ENS has the potential to engrain itself in additional critical ecosystems, hence growing its public benefit impact.
Gitcoin Proposal; Recently a new proposal went live on Gitcoin’s Snapshot, the proposal is the sequel to discussions involving updating Grant 14’s eligibility requirements specifically as it relates to the “no token” eligibility requirement, for a bit of context, in previous Grant Rounds, any project looking to get a grant must have no token, but as the space has evolved it has become clear that tokens could have more used beyond financial enrichment, uses such as governance. This proposal was instituted by wombat.eth and token holders have been given three options. Option 1: You agree with the current GR14 structure and support our removal of the "no token" qualifying requirement. Option 2: You approve the GR14 structure as is, however you are opposed to us deleting the "no token" condition. GR14 eligibility will stay unchanged if this alternative wins. Option 3: You disagree with the GR14 framework and will submit a different proposal for consideration. The vote will run for 4 days.

Rocket Pool Discussion; pDAO Budget Definition. This potential proposal looks to aid the allocation of pDAO funds by defining a set of budgets. Important goals are for the community to help identify key areas to fund, identify core players and responsibilities, ensure the treasury remains solvent, and avoid the effects of the tragedy of the commons (overuse of common goods). The suggested areas to build a budget around are as follows: marketing, incentives, grants and bounties, and treasury reserves.
