Struggling to keep up with the tech landscape? Thoughtworks Tech Radar curates what's worth paying attention to. Currently, it's almost all related to AI.
Even better: you can create your own custom radar to track what you want to learn and your experiences with different tech.
I'm creating my own radar which will include some web3 technologies and frameworks, starting with Noir, ZK proofs, and Chainlink's DECO

Bought this book for my wife when she first started learning Scrum.
I ended up learning a lot from her, and have mentored and upskilled my team to use Scrum properly a few years ago. Lots of companies simply rely on "Scrumbut", ignoring the essential parts that allow companies to ship and improve their products.
After reading the first few chapters, there were a couple of things that fired up some neurons in my brain, around how humans work and AI.
The book starts off with the FBI, and how hundreds of millions of dollars have been spent to build a reliable software system. The problem here was the Waterfall methodology. Everything is planned beforehand, taking a lot of time, requirements, etc. This way, nothing could go wrong, right? Well, history shows us that this has failed consistently, multiple times. It's not that people weren't smart, it's about the processes involved. The key element about Scrum, is that it focuses on feedback from the customer, product owners, stakeholders, to make sure they are all aligned with building the right product.
Often times, it happens that a project might be completed, but in the end, the user won't use it because of lack of initial feedback. This is why we have beta versions and groups that provide feedback to improve the quality of the product.
Relating it to AI, we have an amazing tool at our hands, but without the right processes in place, we can end up with an app that will likely have an expiry date. Vibecoding can be enhanced if we use AI skills, rules, project charters, business information, etc., that will produce and build an app that aligns better with our vision.
If Scrum works beyond software development, what if we bring its benefits to AI? What if someone created a system that follows Scrum values? Agents could be used as QA testers, or even act as product owners. If Scrum already proved to delivery of software in half the time, could we see an even quicker delivery if implemented correctly with AI?
First time I hear about this type of hack/attack/wallet draining.
We all know that connecting to public Wi-Fi has its risks, but I never knew that someone could actually drain your wallet.
This X user had his SOL wallet drained because he approved what seemed liked a genuine approval to swap in Jupiter.
Best to use your own Personal Hotspot when you are out.

My guess "SMILE" is off the board in @letshaveaword.
That's one fewer word standing between you and the 0.0398 ETH jackpot π π―
Any chefs out here?
I love cooking but I wouldnβt consider myself a pro. Iβve learned mostly through a company that sent the ingredients you need + a recipe.
Eversince, I started using a timer every time I cook, for literally everything.
Is this your case too? Do you use a timer when you cook?
Starting the year, with a new client, that filters out the noise, and focuses on deep conversations and thoughts.
With all the noise added with trading and lesser quality casts around my feed, seeing quality casts on Sopha will highlight more interesting casts from Farcaster.

Happy new year π₯³ β¨π
This year is going to be the attention year, where conscious attention will drive our lives to achieve our goals and dreams.
Here is how we can all achieve it:
1. Control whatβs in your control. Itβs the year where we can take control over our lives, to sculpt it and live a meaningful life. Letting smart phones and social media rule our lives will deviate and slow us down.
2. Mindset and people. Family always helps long term for our mental health. Loneliness hasnβt ever helped anyone, and surrounding yourself with like-minded people and friends will contribute to living a meaningful life.
3. Sculpting, removing and polishing. Itβs the year where adding more becomes less important, and we shift attention into removing the unnecessary, filtering out the noise.
How are you going to make 2026 an amazing year?
I just claimed 11,495,222.88 $BETR worth $60.24 from the Third BETR Bomb Community Airdrop. I earned it by spinning, winning, sharing, staking and questing on @betrmint this season!

Last couple of days, focused on recovering sleep.
Sleep debt is a real thing, and staying up extra hours at night, might have seemed productive, but it causes more harm long term.
8+ hours of sleep is not a myth, it's freaking real.
Waking up at 9:30, Whoop wakes me up earlier if I'm fully recovered
In an era where attention is scarce.
Imagine having this setting on. Notifications being announced as they come π±
I remember having this on by default, when I first bought my AirPods.
As of today, Do not disturb mode is my best friend to focus on one thing at a time.
Less is more
The end of 2025 is near, and today I can view my casting heatmap.
Next year I feel there will be less casting, and more mindful building, around relationships, family, career, and much more.
This year has been very rough for most of us, and some parts were unavoidable. Some things were meant to happen. However, taking back control of what we can control, will definitely make things easier long term.
2026 will be a great year. Thank you to all of you that made this year shine β¨ You are all amazing, and wishing you all a great 2026.
