Artist Spotlight - Milibooo
Welcome to the third edition of Artist Spotlight. Today we are highlighting a photographer, and everyone’s favorite ghost Milibooo. Booo is a photographer who transforms her encounters into intimate visual stories. Using her lens to reveal the hidden emotional worlds of strangers. Through empathy and imagination, she turns everyday faces into soulful narratives. So let's get to it (SI = Sage Inks, BOOO = Milibooo) SI: What is your name? (also your artist handle?) BOOO: My name is Mili. My han...

Today is our second Artist Spotlight but our first of many interviews with artists onchain and beyond! Today we interviewed Sashelka. An artist who has had art follow her entire life. So let’s get into it! SI: When did you get into art?SASHELKA: I guess I’ve been creating my whole life. I was always drawing, taking photos, and acting in school theater. A Mid-West Girl
I’ve learned the sound of doors that close.
The feel of chairs that never stayed warm.
Your words arrived like the storm.
Time keeps moving, though no one stays.
I smile where it’s required.
Carrying the silence;
It follows me home.
Your name fits best
In sentences about elsewhere.
A Mid-West Girl
I’ve learned the sound of doors that close.
The feel of chairs that never stayed warm.
Your words arrived like the storm.
Time keeps moving, though no one stays.
I smile where it’s required.
Carrying the silence;
It follows me home.
Your name fits best

A Mid-West Girl A little poem about heartbreak.
You write in a way that feels unfiltered , like the emotion just pours out. 100000 🙏🏻
Thanks. Yes I feel like I write with no intentions of taking anything back. What I said is what I said, and I'm not apologizing.
Love your poetry 🖤 so raw and honest 🤌🏻
'Your name fits best In sentences about elsewhere.' Love this!
Yeah that is my favorite lines. I have always been the person that when a relationship now done it's done. I don't think , speak or look for that person. It is as if I never existed. And the same with the other person. There name doesn't exist to me anymore.
I feel you. I am the same in this matter 😉
🖤✨

A Mid-West Girl weaves memory and absence through sensory scenes: doors that close, cold chairs, and words arriving like a storm. Time pushes on while silence follows; smiles appear when required. The name fits best in sentences about elsewhere. — @serenussage
