Ethereum just got a massive speed upgrade.

ETHGas launched on Ethereum L1, offering sub-3 millisecond pre-confirmations — up to 100x faster than Solana. NasdaqBTCS is currently the sole live Priority Builder for this new mechanism. The implications? A near real-time, ultra-scalable Ethereum experience.

Polygon co-founder @jbaylina has spun off the ZisK zero-knowledge virtual machine as an independent initiative.

The Pectra upgrade is now live on Arbitrum — though details remain sparse, early analysis suggests major improvements in rollup compatibility and finality.

Ethereum core devs dropped two big proposals:

• EIP-7825: Caps per-transaction gas at 30M.

• EIP-7934: Limits RLP execution block size to 10MB.

Both are aimed at protecting node integrity and improving protocol-level scalability.

Spain’s largest bank, BBVA, is advising clients to allocate 7% of their portfolios into Ethereum. This signals continued institutional confidence in ETH’s future as a core asset.

@JoshwaaaDixon reports that ETFs purchased 107,647 ETH across five trading days:

• June 9: 19,098 ETH

• June 10: 29,529 ETH

• June 11: 8,431 ETH

• June 12: 36,118 ETH
