VLR launched on Sept 16 with a simpler, all-in-one token model for staking, governance, and rewards. Gasless, one-click migration is live on Ethereum Mainnet, OP Mainnet, and Base.
Migration paths: PSP and sePSP1 convert 1:1 to VLR; sePSP2 upgrades to seVLR with added incentives. Early migrators receive a bonus, with incentives running until Dec 16th, 2025.
Why it matters: VLR consolidates staking + governance, aligns rewards with real protocol revenue, and sets the stage for Superchain expansion, deeper liquidity, and an enhanced staking model.
