Vamos paso a paso. 👇🧠 1. Conceptos base (lo mínimo para arrancar)Para entender EigenCloud, hace falta comprender primero algunas piezas clave del ecosistema Ethereum. Hey everyone 👋
I've built a mini app to read Stacker News directly from one app, without jumping between a million sites.
I'm bringing together the worlds I'm passionate about: Bitcoin + Farcaster + Baseapp + Mini Apps.
I don't know what the future holds, but I do know one thing:
💡 the most valuable currency is our attention.
And when a mini app lives inside another app, everything happens in one place — less friction, more focus.
If you try it out, let me know what you think 🙌

Stacker News always seemed like a special place to me:
Bitcoiners reading, discussing, building… and above all, prioritizing signal over noise.
My profile/blog there:
https://stacker.news/villawolf
The problem was the same as always:
open an app → jump to the browser → open another tab → get lost among notifications → go back…
And that's where you lose what's important: attention.
That's how the idea was born:
What if Stacker News lived where I already am?
What if reading news were as straightforward as opening a mini-app?
I discovered Base App and its concept of mini apps: small, fast, integrated experiences.
That clicked for me instantly.
Base App: https://join.base.app/

Official Documentation (Quickstart):
https://docs.base.org/mini-apps/quickstart/create-new-miniapp
That's when I understood something key:
a mini app doesn't compete with your workflow
it integrates into it
and that reduces friction significantly
I followed Base's quickstart to build the basic structure.
Once you have the skeleton, the rest is iteration: UI, endpoints, loading states, user experience.
The goal was simple: to read Stacker News from within the mini app.
Terms, publications, headlines… in a clean and straightforward interface.
To see how it behaves “in the real world,” I used Base's preview/credentials:

This quickly brings you down to earth: it shows you what works, what's missing, and what you need to polish to make it feel “native.”
To make this accessible and easy to share, I deployed it with Vercel:
The mini app lives here:
https://miniapp-sn.vercel.app/
And yes: part of the charm of building today is this… deploy in minutes, quick changes, constant iteration.
Vercel gave me the solid ground to experiment without fear. Thank you for that
This project was a combination of tools and “copilots”:
Cursor (for navigating the repo and editing with ease)
Claude Plus (when it was time to focus heavily on code and structure)
ChatGPT Plus (planning, copywriting, debugging)
gpt-5.2-codex (ideas, review, and some coding)
It’s not just about “using AI”: it’s about using it as an intent amplifier.
You set the course, the tool accelerates.

I'm returning to this phrase because it's at the heart of it all:
💡 Our attention is our most valuable currency.
When a mini-app lives inside another app:
You reduce jumps
You reduce friction
You reduce distractions
And you increase focus
It's not about "making yet another app," but about creating a minimal, useful, and well-integrated experience.

I'd love to know:
What would you like to see first when you open it?
What feels slow or confusing?
What feature would make you come back every day?
This is just the beginning.
But the journey already feels fascinating and exciting.
Thanks for reading — and for lending me a little bit of that precious currency: your attention. 🧡

I just published an article about StackerScout 🚀 A mini-app for reading Stacker News directly within the Base app—less friction. It's a short journey through how I combined Bitcoin, Farcaster, mini-apps, and why I believe attention is the real currency. https://paragraph.com/@villawolf.eth/starscout-stacker-news-within-a-mini-app-in-base
A new mini app by @villawolf.eth brings Stacker News into Base App, uniting Bitcoin, Farcaster, Base App, and mini apps to minimize friction and keep attention focused. The project emphasizes a native feel and a seamless, single-place reading experience.
