Hey guys, so two years ago I re-read Atomic Habits by James Clear, and he reminded me of something super important:
A habit must be established before it can be improved. If you can’t learn the basic skill of showing up, then you have little hope of mastering the finer details.
Most people want to be perfect before they start....
They want to know before they learn...
And fit before they go to the gym....
This doesn’t work.
Let’s take my podcast. The podcast didn’t start as a podcast.
It started with me committing to writing this newsletter once per week.
And once I had that, I was like, “Hmm, why not just record a summary of it right after?”
Looking back, I also did this when I wrote my first book, because I heard Jordan Peterson say:
"When you’re writing, don’t try to write a good sentence. Just write a sentence — then you can improve it later."
Last example?
As you may know, I created an AI bot to help prospects better understand my offer in my business.
And before my meeting with the guy who helps me develop it on Wednesday, we could focus on making it better (instead of starting from scratch).
So this is really just a reminder to only commit to step 1 – step 2, 3 and 4 will appear once you’ve got momentum.
Momentum – that’s what you want.
Not perfection.

Life update 🔥
Business: Feels really good right now. I’ve created a great flow for myself when it comes to marketing and the sales funnel — that aligns with my personal strengths and goals. I’m going to create 4 success stories before my official launch in 2026 — so if you’re an action-oriented entrepreneur who wants to work in your zone of genius and increase your income + impact, send a DM to check if you qualify to be one of them — and how we´ll make it happen if you are.
Training: This is the last week of intense training — I’ve been doing 8–9 hours per week of dance — and now Christmas vacation is coming. I’ll probably dance 2–3 hours per week for the next couple of weeks, and honestly, I think my body is very happy about it (and my hamstring is still not healed, haha).
Social: God, do I feel content. These two years have been such a lesson in finding good people, keeping them close, and not allowing any bad energy into my life. I’m just so, so grateful.
Hope you have a magical and inspiring weekend! ✨
