Reflecting on turning 41 today, I'm filled with gratitude for the experiences and lessons life has brought me. I look forward to new adventures, cherished moments with loved ones, and continued growth in the year ahead. Cheers to another year of embracing life fully.
For the next 365 days, I want to make myself suffer less by seeing negative feelings objectively and not letting them define me. Instead, I will focus on the present moment and fully experience it. My favorite concept from Marcus Aurelius' book is that if you are distressed by anything external, it is not due to the things themselves, but to your judgment of them.
