at the end of 2025, i told myself that i wanted to get strong, i let my body follow but my main priority is strength, i switch up a few things in my training & definitely could've tailored & cleaned up my diet a lot more. i'm excited to see what i can do in a year. my goal for 2026 will be to lean out while keepin' my muscles & strength i gained. the "fun" part, i learn only as i age is that it's a journey we're meant to enjoy, while aiming for something bigger, but learning to take the momen...

it's official: ya boy is comin' out of retirement & goin' back to my roots.... my fitness roots that is for my next career venture! after a nice, long & well deserved retirement break, it's time to head back to the work world! i wasn't pursuing a career in the fitness industry but as luck would have it, the fitness industry decided to pull me back in & give it another go!
